Advanced online, self-paced training to demonstrate how to ask great mediation questions. All materials are pre-recorded, with workbooks. They include eleven filmed mediation demonstrations, over seven modules, illustrating how to formulate and ask powerful mediation questions.

Video links will be available for permanent access allowing you to learn at your own pace and to rewind whenever you wish to recap on mediation questions techniques to embed your learning.

The content of all three advanced mediation questions training options is similar, but the format of delivery is different.

The content and delivery were exceptional and I have learned more from this incredible training than any other course I have completed. I attended the live four half-days online training and purchased access to the videos so that I can watch them again for increased learning.

Asking Questions

2 Day – In-person advanced mediation questions

Maximum 12 participants.

This is a 2-day In-Person training with Gerry O’Sullivan and it can be delivered internationally, as well as in Ireland.

Organisations and associations can book this seven-module mediation course for their in-house mediators. It can be delivered In-Person, or as a blend of In-Person training and online training through zoom.

Occasionally, this In-Person mediation questions training is delivered as a public course and individuals can apply to participate.

Content of all three advanced mediation courses on asking mediation questions is similar, but the delivery format is different.

I am fascinated by Gerry’s approaches and her use of several underestimated models, such as the Argyris ladder of inference, the Chomsky linguistic model, in an elegant and practical way.  Thank you James South, CEDR for the recommendation – it was priceless!
